tv channel sat.1 lets the puppets dance

Inspired by the relaunch of Disney’s “Pinocchio” from the 40s Jan Hahn und  Hans-Ulrich Pönack of the Frühstücks Fernsehen (the Breakfast Television) let the marionettes dance in the studio.

For the start of the digitally revised classic movie the production company of the Frühstücks Fernsehen of sat.1 asked the MarionettenWerkstatt to make the portrait marionettes of the anchorman and the movie critic. Actually the puppets were ment to be given away to viewers to win a quiz, but the marionettes were liked so much by the crew that they kept them in the studios for further moderations.
